Training by Engineers, For Engineers

SkyMasters is built by certifying engineers, instructors, and examiners with 50+ years of combined aviation experience. Our instructors hold the types they teach and have earned their experience on the line and in base maintenance, not only in classrooms.

We deliver B1/B2 type training to a single standard everywhere we operate: structured theory in the classroom or by live, instructor-led distance learning; practical training on aircraft through Part-145 facilities and our partnerships with MROs across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and independent examinations. We build the aviation software we always wished we had: a purpose-built tool for training records, compliance and workforce management.

Talent, Verified and Ready

One Platform. Training, Careers and Compliance.

The SkyMasters app connects the three sides of aviation maintenance: engineers building verified careers, employers searching for type-rated talent, and the training organisation in between. Engineers stay anonymous until they choose to step forward. Built by aviation people, held to the standards of the regulatory world we operate in.

A Verified Profile That Works for You

Build a verified engineer profile with your licences, type ratings, documents, and availability — then follow your hiring journey through a transparent six-step pipeline, from Registered to Placed. Confirm interviews, complete action items, and message your recruiter in one thread, synced to your email. Subscribers get 15% off every SkyMasters course plus placement support. Your identity stays private until a match is accepted and you choose to step forward.

For Recruiters

Browse a live pool of B1/B2 licensed engineers filtered by licence category, aircraft type and availability. Every profile shows verified qualifications, experience and skill tags — anonymised by code, with no personal contact details. Send a match request with your requirement in one line; we vet it, and once the engineer accepts, we connect you directly. Screen candidates against real competency data instead of CVs alone, and track every request from pending to placed on your dashboard.
